Fountain Pen Modification

The architect's nib regrind is like an italic nib, except instead of the chisel being horizontal, it is vertical. Here is a picture of an architect's nib, on a pilot custom 823 instead of my pen. My camera can't do hi-resolution close-up pictures.

If you have a soft metal nib, you can cut or file part of the shank of the nib so you can flex it. this does not worked on steel nibs. I already tried.
